Once you are a member of the Scent Artist Club, for every 100 Red Dots you earn, you’re eligible for a 5€ voucher to spend on www.joloves.com. Vouchers increase in increments of 5, as illustrated below: 

• 100 Red Dots = 5€ Voucher 
• 200 Red Dots = 10€ Voucher 
• 300 Red Dots = 15€ Voucher 
• 400 Red Dots = 20€ Voucher 
• 500 Red Dots = 25€ Voucher 

As soon as you generate enough Red Dots to qualify for a voucher, they will appear at checkout in a drop-down list, and you can choose how much you want to use in that transaction. There is a 30€ minimum on your order if you want to use a voucher. Please note, vouchers expire after 12 weeks.

Your Red Dot balance will determine your Scent Artist Club Tier. As of Monday 6th January 2025, there will be five Scent Artist Club Tiers:   

• 0 - 249 Red Dots = Scent Explorer 
• 250 - 499 Red Dots = Scent Adventurer 
• 500 - 999 Red Dots = Scent Pioneer 
• 1000 – 1999 Red Dots = Scent Artist 
• 2000+ Red Dots = Scent VIP 

Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date you entered the new tier.  

Your Scent Artist Club tier remains valid for 12 months from the date you enter it. Within this period, you must earn the required number of Red Dots to stay in your tier; otherwise, you will automatically be downgraded.

· To stay in the Scent Adventurer tier, you need to earn at least 250 Red Dots.

· To stay in the Scent Pioneer tier, you need to earn at least 500 Red Dots.

· To stay in the Scent Artist tier, you need to earn at least 1,000 Red Dots.

· To stay in the Scent VIP tier, you need to earn at least 2,000 Red Dots.

If you do not earn any Red Dots within 12 months of reaching a new tier, your Red Dot balance will reset to zero.

If you are subscribed to our marketing communications, we will send you a reminder before your tier expires.

Please note that refunds may also result in a tier downgrade.

You can view your Red Dot balance by signing into your Jo Loves account and selecting Scent Artist Club - your Tier level, Red Dots, Vouchers and Rewards History will show here.

Your Red Dots expire 12 months from the date you last entered a new tier.

You have 12 weeks to redeem your credit. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued.

To receive your birthday reward, you must be opted in to our email communications. We can only send your reward if you’ve added a valid date of birth to your account at least 14 days before your birthday.

If we don’t have your birth date before your birthday, we may not be able to send you your code. Please email us at advice@joloves.com if you would like us to add your birthday for you!

We aim to email you with your exclusive reward on your birthday.  

The code to redeem your birthday will be displayed in your birthday email from Jo Loves, and in any birthday reminders we send you throughout the month. 

This code is redeemable once at any point during your birthday month. In your birthday email you will receive a unique link that will send you to a page with your gift, you must add this to your basket and then apply your code at checkout.
